5 weekly sessions on Tuesdays 7.00 pm to 9.00 pm, starting 30 April

This course will look at all the gruesome parts of history you were not taught in school. Topics will include the Great Stink, bodysnatching, syphilis, public executions, the invention of underwear, common poisons and lots more guts and gore. If you are interested in social, medical and cultural history, this course will open your eyes (and other senses) to the past.
