This course is designed for beginners. Whether you wish to learn the language for pleasure or work, this course will give you a sound knowledge of the basics of the language so that you will be able to communicate simply and effectively in everyday situations. All language skills (speaking, listening, reading, writing, grammar and vocabulary building) will be practised, with an emphasis on oral language.

Textbook: Beginners’ Themen Aktuell I Lektion 1-10 course book Workbook or Themen Aktuell I Lektion 1-5 course book and integrated workbook, Aufderstrasse (Max Hueber Verlag, Munchen).
