There may be shivers down your spine as we explore these texts by women writers in a series of weekly lectures: Helen Dunmore, The Greatcoat, Elly Griffiths, The Lantern Men, Marple, Twelve New Stories (various authors) Daphne du Maurier, Rebecca Claire McGowan: Are you Awake? Sue Grafton, A is for Alibi; Lilja Sigurdardóttir, Cold as Hell, Emma Stonex, The Lamplighters. 

Louise McIvor has been teaching in Queen’s University’s Open Learning for the past 10 years. Louise has been a huge fan of crime fiction ever since reading Carolyn Keene’s Nancy Drew mysteries which she borrowed from the Lisburn Road Library.
