This course is designed for students who have completed the Beginners’ level in the Open Learning Programme or who have a good basic knowledge of the language.  The course aims at improving oral competence and performance with some basic written work and will also present and discuss various aspects of life in the country.   

Textbook: Beginners’ Themen Aktuell I Lektion 1-10 course book Workbook or Themen Aktuell I Lektion 1-5 course book and integrated workbook, Aufderstrasse (Max Hueber Verlag, München).
